In response to the request from Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister for Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chancellor of the HCT, urging companies to forge closer links with the Abu Dhabi Higher Technical Colleges of Technology, Bainounah Power Company were pleased to take part in the annual career fair and international computer exhibition at Abu Dhabi Men’s College in March of this year.

Bainounah Power Company were well represented at the careers fair by both the Managing Director Mr. Allen Conroy, and the Dy Managing Director Mr. Murad Sulaiman, along with other company officials who were at hand to explain the nature of the business to the students and staff who attended the exhibition. Mr. Coonroy said that he was encouraged by the interest Bainounah Power Company had received at the careers fair and was impressed by the students response. Mr. Murad Sulaiman took the opportunity to make a token presentation to his excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, on behalf Bainounah Power Company, during his visit, and commented on the success of the exhibition.

For Bainounah Power Company the exhibition proved to be hugely beneficial, it provided the students with an insight into the Power & Water Industry, and at the same time, enabled us to make useful contacts with both the students and staff at the Higher Technical College. We extend our appreciation to his excellency.

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan together with all the staff at the Men’s Higher Technical College and look forward to attending the next careers exhibition, in the meantime we wish them well in their forthcoming academic year.
