The
Management and staff of the Bainounah Power Company
(BPC) are dedicated to the operation and maintenance
of the assets of the company in order to produce
desalinated water and electricity in sufficient,
safe, and reliable quantities for ultimate delivery
to the consumers to aid in the social and economic
development of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the
United Arab Emirates. In the pursuit of its
primary mission, BPC has formulated plans and
activities to obtain more effective and efficient
methods, practices, and procedures, in order to
promote greater opportunities for the UAE National
citizens, both in terms of employment and
investment, as well as to maximize the return on
